A dedicated account manager for the project, who would be your single point of contact and a person responsible for the overall coordination and communication between you and the expert. Communication will happen over email, phone, and in the project management tool where progress can be tracked, and deliverables provided for feedback and any questions.

This is an integral part of all our add-on packages – we monitor you the whole time to make sure your project runs smoothly and is impeccable in terms of quality. To ensure your satisfaction, we conduct weekly performance reviews and progress updates.
“Monitoring” refers to the continuous oversight and evaluation of your project’s progress and performance. This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that milestones are met, providing regular updates, and addressing any issues that may arise promptly. Our goal is to ensure that the project adheres to your specifications and achieves the desired outcomes.
You can request revisions and changes to the expert selection up to three times before making a final approval. This allows you to find the best possible match for your project needs and ensures that you are fully comfortable with the chosen expert before moving forward.
The matching process takes up to 4 business days to ensure a thorough and accurate selection of the best expert for your project. During this time, we carefully review your project requirements, evaluate potential experts’ qualifications, and conduct interviews to assess their fit. This meticulous process guarantees that we match you with an expert who has the right skills and experience to meet your specific needs, ensuring the highest quality of service.
